Remote Assistance Instructions



Step 1

Click on the button below to Get Support. This will begin a download
to your computer.



Step 2

Click Run or
click on the file “AgentSetup_support.bhtech.ca” when complete.



Step 3

Click Yes when User Account Control prompts you for Datto RMM.

Please be patient after this, as it may take some time to load.

A Technician will now be able to provide you with remote support.
